For those who love vintage books, paper… and jewelry head over to the The Gallery at Reinstein|Ross in the Meatpacking District in New York City.

There’s an exquisite little show called Read and Worn on exhibit. Five artists craft stunning, wearable art from vintage books. Jeremy May’s work was particularly fascinating – not only is the jewelry cut from the books polished and finished to perfection – but the carvings out of the books become works of art in their own right.

Pictures tell the story best. Run, don’t walk – the show closes on 24 april.
